Resizing Multiple Files with Photoshop Elements

Dawn Bozogan from Sullivan called me a little while ago. She needed to resize multiple images with Photoshop Elements without doing each one individually. I found the answer for her and wanted to share it with you. Here are the step by step instructions. :-)

Computer Training at UNH Continuing Education

Hello, I looked at the UNHCE training blog, and I found some non credit computer training at UNH Continuing Education Professional Development at http://www.learn.unh.edu. I checked the Rockingham County tuition reimbursement policy, and these classes are not eligible for tuition reimbursement in Rockingham County because they do not have a grade or pass/fail. The classes do offer CEUs (continuing education units). UNH employees can take the courses for half price.

Tip of the Week

Terry White, Adobe InDesign guru says:

Get rounded rectangles with Corner Effects
Stop looking for the rectangle with rounded corners tool. It’s not there. Create your rectangle frame with the regular rectangle tool and then choose Corner Effects from the Object menu. From this dialog box you can choose Rounded from the pop-up menu and then the amount of roundness you want in Size. Be sure to click the Preview check box so that you can see it as you do it.

Tip of the Week

Every week, I will pick a blog, article or favorite software tip to share with you. This week it is a favorite blog, Scott Kelby's Photoshop Insider. Scott, also the creator of NAPP (National Association of Photoshop Professionals), is one of the world's best Photoshop users. Follow his blog for some great tips and ideas. I will add his blog to the Photoshop list as well, but I felt it was important enough for front page recognition.

Are you a photographer? Many of our staff members are wonderful photographers. Please send me one of your photos. It can be anything you like. I will post it on the front page of the blog. It would be great to have something new every week and a nice way to showcase some of the talent we have in our organization. I look forward to hearing from each of you.
